Manor Healthcare has embarked on the Hearts and Minds Programme

This programme will support us and our managers to develop an effective diversity management programme for Manor Healthcare which will promote recognition for the individuality of our employees, encourage employees to be comfortable with diversity in the workplace and develop an appreciation for differences in race, religion, gender, background and other circumstances.
